Ichinomiya City Museum

The Ichinomiya City Museum introduces a history of Ichinomiya City to visitors. Permanent exhibitions, as well as feature exhibitions and special exhibitions, have an impressive array of dioramas and include many real objects, to show the daily lives of people in those days in an easy-to-understand manner. On Saturdays and Sundays, workshops are held with the cooperation of volunteers, in which visors can experience weaving and spinning free of charge.

* A common viewing ticket for permanent exhibitions allows visitors to view Ichinomiya City Museum’s permanent exhibitions and other exhibitions whose fees are equal to those for permanent exhibitions as many times as desired during the valid period. This ticket cannot be used for exhibitions whose fees are different from those for permanent exhibitions, or during the period in which a special exhibition is held. In the case of temporary closure, the period will be extended by the number of days.
